Laminate tube
- FT Group provides a complete production cycle for laminate tubes with aluminum (ABL) and plastic (PBL) barrier layers.
- Our laminate tubes can be equipped with shoulders and caps of our own manufacture.
- The production of tube components (caps and shoulders) is equipped with injection molding machines (IMM) manufactured by KRAUSS MAFFEI (Germany).
- For the laminate tubes production we use modern industrial lines from AISA (Switzerland).
- In accordance with modern requirements of sanitary standards, entry into the area of ??laminate tube production is made only through an automated sanitization gateway.
- The laminate tube production workshop is equipped with a line for automatic assembly and feeding of cardboard boxes, which allows you to form the assembled corrugated packaging in a separate room, which eliminates the ingress of cardboard dust into the laminate tube.
Laminate types
ABL laminate
ABL laminate is a multilayer material with a barrier layer of thin aluminum foil (12-20 microns) with a laminated polymer layer. Aluminum as a barrier provides the highest level of protection for the contents of the tube from water, oxygen and light.
PBL laminate
PBL laminate is a fully polymeric material with an EVOH-polymer (a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol) acting as a barrier layer. The main advantages of tubes made of PBL laminate are its high flexibility and the absence of a “memory effect” of the tube shape.
